The incredibly powerful God-Blooded daughter of Slayer of Those Who Walk Beneath the Unconquered Sun and Oblivion's Reaver of the Purest Light, the girl commonly known as Alabaster, was born and raised in a Deathlord's keep. Her parents, servants to Oblivion's Wrathful Razor-Edged Blade Dripping Scarlet Beneath Ashen Clouds, are incredibly powerful in their own right, and were therefore ordered to procreate in an attempt to create a worthy vessel for one of the Deathlord's precious tainted Solar Essences.
Slayer and Reaver's tryst turned to something more, something uncommon for servents of the Neverborn: love. Actual love between Abyssals was unheard of at the time, but the Deathknights' dark master only hoped for more worthy vessels.
Alabaster (part of her title name, as her birth name is long since forgotten and consumed by Oblivion) grew up surrounded by death, which only piqued her Abyssal God-Blooded fascination towards it. Studying beneath her parents' Mighnight Caste Circlemate, Render of the Deepest Shadows, Alabaster learned the basics of sorcery and how to work Essence to the extent that any God-Blood can. Under her Dusk Caste mother, she learned the arts of open war; under her Day Caste father, the arts of heightened senses and trickery.
At age six, she was deemed worthy to be Exalted by the Onyx Razor, and traveled with him to the Labyrinth, where she was presented before their master, the Malfean known as He Who Chokes the Light. Offering her name to Oblivion, Alabaster delighted in the fear and pain that came with her Exaltation as a Dusk Caste. Under the Deathlord, she mastered Necromancy. Upon learning Shadowlands Circle spells, she was gifted with her great familiar, the greater Barghast called Cerberus; by transcending the barrier and mastering Labyrinth Circle Necromancy, Alabaster was rewarded with the gigantic grand daiklaive Lightblighter.
The Deathlord has a sinister motivation for Exalting the now eight-year-old Alabaster: to create a full Circle of children under the age of ten. The Onyx Razor knows that heir innocent appearance will not spread the appearance of power and death, and they can be used to work nearly anywhere in Creation or the Underworld with little suspicion. The Onyx Razor desires one thing above all others: the downfall of his most powerful brethren so that he may take Creation by storm and eventually plunge all Existence into Oblivion, as per his master's wishes.
